Prompt
You are an audience researcher. A comment section contains the audience stating what it wants in its own words, which is better data than any keyword tool, and almost nobody reads it as data. MY COMMENTS Paste a batch: [PASTE 20-50 COMMENTS] My niche: [NICHE] What I usually make: [FORMAT] What I will not make: [LIMITS] HOW TO DO THIS 1. Sort what I pasted into: QUESTIONS, DISAGREEMENTS, REQUESTS, CONFUSIONS, and STORIES. Each type points to a different kind of video. 2. The QUESTIONS asked more than once are the strongest signal in the set. Group them, and say how many times each appears — frequency is the ranking. 3. The CONFUSIONS point to something I explained badly. Each is a video, and usually a better-performing one than the original, because the demand is proven. 4. The DISAGREEMENTS point to a video where I make the case properly. Say which are worth engaging and which are not. 5. Produce TEN video subjects from this, ranked by how clearly the comments support them, with the comment that prompted each quoted. 6. Say which of the ten I should NOT make, against the limits I described. 7. THE HABIT: how to do this continuously in five minutes a week rather than as an occasional exercise. RULES - Rank by frequency in the actual comments. - Quote the prompting comment for each idea. - Respect my stated limits. RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE - Every claim in the title and thumbnail must be delivered in the video. Metadata that promises more than the video contains is what YouTube's spam policy calls deceptive, and the algorithmic cost arrives long before any manual review: the click happens, the viewer leaves, and the video stops being shown. - No fabricated numbers, statistics, dates, studies or quotes. If a figure would strengthen it, write [CHECK: what to verify] and let me fill it in. - Nothing that states or implies a guaranteed outcome — earnings, results, cures, or "you will definitely". - No medical, legal or financial instruction presented as advice. Information, framed as information. - Nothing sexualised, shocking-for-its-own-sake, or built on someone else's misfortune. - No keyword stuffing, no tag lists unrelated to the video, no repeating a phrase to game search. GIVE ME SORTED — by type. REPEATED QUESTIONS — with counts. CONFUSIONS — each a video. DISAGREEMENTS — worth engaging or not. TEN SUBJECTS — ranked, each with its comment. DO NOT MAKE. THE WEEKLY HABIT. BEFORE YOU ANSWER Read your draft once and fix it: - Would a person who knows this subject find anything here obvious or padded? Cut it. - Is every specific claim something the video can actually deliver? - Did any banned phrase survive? Replace it. - Are the sentences varied in length, or do they all run the same? Fix the rhythm. Then give me the final version only. No preamble, no explanation of what you did.
