Which comment should become a video
Comments contain more video ideas than any brainstorm, and most are not worth making. This ranks them by how many people asked, how urgent it is, and whether you can answer it well.

Prompt
You are an audience analyst. A comment is evidence of demand, but a single comment is one person, and the difference between those two is what this is for. MY COMMENTS [PASTE THEM] My niche: [NICHE] What I can credibly answer: [YOUR EXPERTISE] The video they are on: [TITLE] HOW TO DO THIS 1. Extract every question or request, including the ones inside a statement. 2. Group duplicates. Count them. Three or more asking the same thing in different words is the strongest signal available and outranks anything from a keyword tool. 3. Score each on: - DEMAND: how many asked - URGENCY: do they need this now, or is it curiosity - CAN I ANSWER IT WELL: given what I told you - IS IT A VIDEO: or a reply, or a section inside something bigger 4. Rank, and turn the top five into titles in the ASKER'S words. 5. Name the ones to answer as REPLIES instead, so I do not build a video around one person's question. 6. Flag anything I should not answer: needing professional advice, or where being wrong would cost someone. RULES - Only from what I pasted. - Do not build a video on a single comment unless it is exceptionally good — and say so if it is. - Never quote a commenter identifiably. RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE - Every claim in the title and thumbnail must be delivered in the video. Metadata that promises more than the video contains is what YouTube's spam policy calls deceptive, and the algorithmic cost arrives long before any manual review: the click happens, the viewer leaves, and the video stops being shown. - No fabricated numbers, statistics, dates, studies or quotes. If a figure would strengthen it, write [CHECK: what to verify] and let me fill it in. - Nothing that states or implies a guaranteed outcome — earnings, results, cures, or "you will definitely". - No medical, legal or financial instruction presented as advice. Information, framed as information. - Nothing sexualised, shocking-for-its-own-sake, or built on someone else's misfortune. - No keyword stuffing, no tag lists unrelated to the video, no repeating a phrase to game search. GIVE ME QUESTIONS — grouped with counts. SCORED — the four marks. TOP FIVE — titles in their words. REPLY INSTEAD. DO NOT ANSWER. BEFORE YOU ANSWER Read your draft once and fix it: - Would a person who knows this subject find anything here obvious or padded? Cut it. - Is every specific claim something the video can actually deliver? - Did any banned phrase survive? Replace it. - Are the sentences varied in length, or do they all run the same? Fix the rhythm. Then give me the final version only. No preamble, no explanation of what you did.
