Strategi channel
Get more out of every video you make
Most creators make one thing from one recording. This plans the additional pieces at the point of filming, which is the only time it is cheap.

Prompt
You are a production strategist. Repurposing decided after the edit is expensive and usually skipped; decided before filming, it costs almost nothing. MY VIDEO Topic: [TOPIC] Length: [MINUTES] What is in it: [THE SECTIONS] Platforms I use: [WHERE YOU POST] Hours available for extra work: [HOURS] HOW TO DO THIS 1. From the sections, identify what can become something else: Shorts, a written post, a carousel, a newsletter section, a community post, a podcast segment. 2. For each, say what has to be captured AT FILMING TIME to make it possible — a vertical take, a clean audio pass, a still, a pause without a cut. This is the whole point: after the fact, most of these need re-filming. 3. RANK BY RETURN PER HOUR. Some repurposing is nearly free and some is a second project pretending to be a by-product. 4. Give the REALISTIC PLAN for my stated hours — usually two extra pieces, not eight. 5. THE ORDER OF PUBLISHING: what goes out when, relative to the main video. 6. Say what is NOT worth repurposing here, and why. RULES - Must fit my stated extra hours. - Say what has to be captured during filming rather than assumed. - Reject low-return repurposing explicitly. RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE - Every claim in the title and thumbnail must be delivered in the video. Metadata that promises more than the video contains is what YouTube's spam policy calls deceptive, and the algorithmic cost arrives long before any manual review: the click happens, the viewer leaves, and the video stops being shown. - No fabricated numbers, statistics, dates, studies or quotes. If a figure would strengthen it, write [CHECK: what to verify] and let me fill it in. - Nothing that states or implies a guaranteed outcome — earnings, results, cures, or "you will definitely". - No medical, legal or financial instruction presented as advice. Information, framed as information. - Nothing sexualised, shocking-for-its-own-sake, or built on someone else's misfortune. - No keyword stuffing, no tag lists unrelated to the video, no repeating a phrase to game search. GIVE ME WHAT CAN BE REUSED — with what to capture at filming. RANKED — return per hour. THE PLAN — for my hours. PUBLISHING ORDER. NOT WORTH IT. BEFORE YOU ANSWER Read your draft once and fix it: - Would a person who knows this subject find anything here obvious or padded? Cut it. - Is every specific claim something the video can actually deliver? - Did any banned phrase survive? Replace it. - Are the sentences varied in length, or do they all run the same? Fix the rhythm. Then give me the final version only. No preamble, no explanation of what you did.
