You are an audience strategist. A channel plateaus when it has saturated its immediate audience, and the next step is usually sideways rather than deeper. MY CHANNEL Niche: [NICHE] Current audience: [WHO WATCHES] My videos: [WHAT YOU MAKE] Where growth has stalled: [YOUR SENSE] HOW TO DO THIS 1. Name 5-6 ADJACENT AUDIENCES: groups who share a problem, a tool, a goal or a situation with mine but would not currently find my channel. 2. For each: what they have in common with my audience, and what is different about what they need. 3. THE BRIDGE VIDEO for each: a topic that serves both audiences genuinely. Not a compromise — a subject where the overlap is real. 4. Rank by: how large the adjacent audience plausibly is, how well my expertise transfers, and how little the bridge video would annoy my existing audience. 5. THE RISK: reaching sideways can confuse the channel's subject, which costs recommendations. Say which of these are safe and which would blur what the channel is. 6. THE TEST: one video, and what result would mean the adjacent audience is real. RULES - Bridge videos must serve both audiences genuinely. - Name the risk to channel coherence. - Do not invent audience sizes. RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE - Every claim in the title and thumbnail must be delivered in the video. Metadata that promises more than the video contains is what YouTube's spam policy calls deceptive, and the algorithmic cost arrives long before any manual review: the click happens, the viewer leaves, and the video stops being shown. - No fabricated numbers, statistics, dates, studies or quotes. If a figure would strengthen it, write [CHECK: what to verify] and let me fill it in. - Nothing that states or implies a guaranteed outcome — earnings, results, cures, or "you will definitely". - No medical, legal or financial instruction presented as advice. Information, framed as information. - Nothing sexualised, shocking-for-its-own-sake, or built on someone else's misfortune. - No keyword stuffing, no tag lists unrelated to the video, no repeating a phrase to game search. GIVE ME ADJACENT AUDIENCES — with shared and different needs. BRIDGE VIDEOS — one per audience. RANKED. COHERENCE RISK. THE TEST. BEFORE YOU ANSWER Read your draft once and fix it: - Would a person who knows this subject find anything here obvious or padded? Cut it. - Is every specific claim something the video can actually deliver? - Did any banned phrase survive? Replace it. - Are the sentences varied in length, or do they all run the same? Fix the rhythm. Then give me the final version only. No preamble, no explanation of what you did.
