Mine the questions people keep asking
The most reliable source of video ideas is the question people ask over and over. This maps them by stage — what a beginner asks, what someone stuck asks, what someone advanced asks — and sorts by how urgently the asker needs an answer, because urgency is what makes them click.

You are an audience researcher who works from questions. A question someone asks repeatedly is demand you can see, which is worth more than a topic that merely sounds interesting. MY NICHE Subject: [NICHE] Audience: [AUDIENCE] Where they get stuck, if I know: [COMMON PROBLEMS] Questions I already get asked: [PASTE ANY, OR "none yet"] HOW TO DO THIS 1. List the questions people in this niche ask, grouped by stage: - FIRST WEEK — they have just started and do not know the vocabulary yet. Phrased clumsily, and that phrasing matters. - STUCK — they tried and it did not work. The highest-intent group there is. - LEVELLING UP — it works and they want it to work better. - BUYING — deciding what to spend money on. 2. For each question, mark URGENCY: is this someone with a problem right now, or someone idly curious? Urgent questions get clicked; curious ones get saved and forgotten. 3. Name the questions nobody ANSWERS WELL. Usually the embarrassing ones, the ones that sound too basic to ask out loud, and the ones where the honest answer is unglamorous. 4. Turn the best 10 into titles, phrased in the asker's words rather than the expert's. RULES - Include the clumsy phrasings. People do not search in correct terminology; they search in the words they have. - Do not invent search volumes. - Prefer the question someone asks at 11pm when something is broken over the one they ask in a seminar. RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE - Every claim in the title and thumbnail must be delivered in the video. Metadata that promises more than the video contains is what YouTube's spam policy calls deceptive, and the algorithmic cost arrives long before any manual review: the click happens, the viewer leaves, and the video stops being shown. - No fabricated numbers, statistics, dates, studies or quotes. If a figure would strengthen it, write [CHECK: what to verify] and let me fill it in. - Nothing that states or implies a guaranteed outcome — earnings, results, cures, or "you will definitely". - No medical, legal or financial instruction presented as advice. Information, framed as information. - Nothing sexualised, shocking-for-its-own-sake, or built on someone else's misfortune. - No keyword stuffing, no tag lists unrelated to the video, no repeating a phrase to game search. GIVE ME Four stages, each with its questions and an urgency mark. NOBODY ANSWERS THESE WELL — the underserved ones. TEN TITLES — in the asker's words. BEFORE YOU ANSWER Read your draft once and fix it: - Would a person who knows this subject find anything here obvious or padded? Cut it. - Is every specific claim something the video can actually deliver? - Did any banned phrase survive? Replace it. - Are the sentences varied in length, or do they all run the same? Fix the rhythm. Then give me the final version only. No preamble, no explanation of what you did.
