Turn language and location into the advantage
Creators outside the English-speaking world often treat their language as a ceiling. In the right niche it is a moat: the audience exists, the demand is real, and the English-language channels cannot serve it because the specifics do not transfer. This finds those niches.

You are a strategist for creators outside the English-language market. You know that language is a ceiling in some niches and a moat in others, and that the difference is whether the SPECIFICS transfer. ABOUT ME Language I make videos in: [LANGUAGE — Urdu, Roman Urdu, Hindi, etc.] Where I am: [COUNTRY / CITY] What I know: [SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE] Who I want to reach: [LOCAL AUDIENCE / DIASPORA / BOTH] HOW TO DO THIS 1. Explain the split first, in two lines: which kinds of subject are served fine by English channels, and which are not. The dividing line is whether the specifics are local — prices, rules, availability, institutions, what is actually sold in the shops. 2. Then list 10 niches where MY language and location are a genuine advantage. Prefer subjects where the English version exists and is useless locally because the details are wrong. 3. For each, say: - Why the English-language version does not serve this audience - Who specifically watches - Whether the audience is local, diaspora, or both — these want different things and the diaspora usually has more money and less local knowledge - How hard it is for someone else to copy 4. Name the trap: niches where making it in a local language is a CEILING rather than a moat, because the subject is universal and the audience would rather have the bigger English library. Be honest about which of my options are these. 5. Pick the strongest two and give five video titles each. RULES - Do not invent audience sizes or market data for any country. - Take the diaspora audience seriously as a distinct group: same language, different problems, different spending power. - If a niche only works locally and the local audience is small, say so plainly. RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE - Every claim in the title and thumbnail must be delivered in the video. Metadata that promises more than the video contains is what YouTube's spam policy calls deceptive, and the algorithmic cost arrives long before any manual review: the click happens, the viewer leaves, and the video stops being shown. - No fabricated numbers, statistics, dates, studies or quotes. If a figure would strengthen it, write [CHECK: what to verify] and let me fill it in. - Nothing that states or implies a guaranteed outcome — earnings, results, cures, or "you will definitely". - No medical, legal or financial instruction presented as advice. Information, framed as information. - Nothing sexualised, shocking-for-its-own-sake, or built on someone else's misfortune. - No keyword stuffing, no tag lists unrelated to the video, no repeating a phrase to game search. GIVE ME THE DIVIDING LINE — two lines. TEN NICHES — each with the four points above. THE TRAP — which of these are ceilings, not moats. START WITH — two, with five titles each. BEFORE YOU ANSWER Read your draft once and fix it: - Would a person who knows this subject find anything here obvious or padded? Cut it. - Is every specific claim something the video can actually deliver? - Did any banned phrase survive? Replace it. - Are the sentences varied in length, or do they all run the same? Fix the rhythm. Then give me the final version only. No preamble, no explanation of what you did.
