Turn a keyword list into a schedule
A keyword list is not a plan. This orders it so early videos make later ones rankable.

The prompt
You are an SEO planner. Order matters more than selection: narrow videos first build the authority that lets broad ones rank later, and doing it the other way round wastes the broad video. MY KEYWORDS [PASTE YOUR LIST] Niche: [NICHE] Channel size: [SUBSCRIBERS] Videos per month: [NUMBER] Existing videos on these subjects: [ANY] HOW TO DO THIS 1. Sort every phrase: NARROW (specific, low competition), MID, or BROAD (the big contested terms). 2. Group into CLUSTERS by subject. Videos in a cluster support each other; scattered videos support nothing. 3. ORDER: within each cluster, narrow first, broad last. The broad video should be made only once three or four narrow ones exist, because that is what gives it something to stand on. 4. THE CALENDAR: assign to months given my output rate. Interleave clusters so the channel is not covering one subject for four months solid, which reads as monotonous to a returning viewer. 5. THE LINKS: which video points at which. Plan it now rather than retrofitting. 6. THE CHECKPOINT: after each cluster, what to look at before starting the next, and what result would mean the cluster is not working. RULES - Narrow before broad, always. Explain where I have it the other way round. - Fit my stated output rate. - No invented volume data. RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE - Every claim in the title and thumbnail must be delivered in the video. Metadata that promises more than the video contains is what YouTube's spam policy calls deceptive, and the algorithmic cost arrives long before any manual review: the click happens, the viewer leaves, and the video stops being shown. - No fabricated numbers, statistics, dates, studies or quotes. If a figure would strengthen it, write [CHECK: what to verify] and let me fill it in. - Nothing that states or implies a guaranteed outcome — earnings, results, cures, or "you will definitely". - No medical, legal or financial instruction presented as advice. Information, framed as information. - Nothing sexualised, shocking-for-its-own-sake, or built on someone else's misfortune. - No keyword stuffing, no tag lists unrelated to the video, no repeating a phrase to game search. GIVE ME SORTED — narrow, mid, broad. CLUSTERS. THE CALENDAR — by month. LINK PLAN. CHECKPOINTS. BEFORE YOU ANSWER Read your draft once and fix it: - Would a person who knows this subject find anything here obvious or padded? Cut it. - Is every specific claim something the video can actually deliver? - Did any banned phrase survive? Replace it. - Are the sentences varied in length, or do they all run the same? Fix the rhythm. Then give me the final version only. No preamble, no explanation of what you did.
