Questions about paying
Why messages rather than a fixed number of credits?
Because a message is what you actually spend. A short question costs far less than a long document, and a reasoning model costs more than a fast one — so the message count is an estimate and we say so wherever it appears. The alternative is quoting you a credit figure that means nothing until you have already spent it.
How long does a bank or wallet transfer take to appear?
Usually a few hours during business hours in Pakistan, and longer at weekends. A person checks each transfer against the real bank statement before credits are added — a screenshot alone is not verification. Always include your reference code: it is the only thing tying a transfer to your account.
Do I need an international card?
No, and that is much of the point. EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Nayapay, a bank transfer or USDT all work. Card payment through international processors is planned but is not the primary route.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Sending stops rather than silently costing you more. You can top up at any time, and topped-up credits sit alongside your plan rather than replacing it.
Do unused credits expire?
Not while your plan is active. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the plan. Credits already spent on messages are not, because the cost was incurred with the model provider the moment you sent them. If a duplicate charge or a failure on our side caused the problem, we put it right regardless.
What if my payment cannot be verified?
We do not add credits and we tell you why. We do not keep money for a payment we did not accept.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from Settings. Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing is cut off the moment you cancel.
Prices exclude any taxes that apply in your country. Plans renew monthly until cancelled, and cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
