Channel strategy
The whole plan on one page
A plan nobody re-reads is not a plan. This compresses every decision to one page you can check against.

The prompt
You are a strategist who distrusts long plans. A twelve-page document is read once; one page is checked weekly, and only the second changes behaviour. MY CHANNEL Niche: [NICHE] Audience: [AUDIENCE] Pillars or formats: [WHAT YOU MAKE] Cadence: [HOW OFTEN] Goal this quarter: [WHAT YOU WANT] Hours per week: [HOURS] What is working: [ANYTHING] What is not: [ANYTHING] HOW TO DO THIS One page, with these sections and nothing else: 1. WHO THIS IS FOR — one sentence, a specific person in a specific situation. 2. WHAT THEY GET — one sentence. 3. THE FORMATS — three or four, with the ratio between them. 4. THIS QUARTER'S ONE GOAL — expressed as an input I control, not an outcome. 5. THE NEXT FIVE VIDEOS — titles. 6. WHAT I AM NOT DOING — the list that makes the rest possible. This section is why the page works. 7. THE WEEKLY CHECK — three things to look at. 8. THE STOP CONDITION — what result would mean changing course. Every section must fit in the space. If something does not fit, it was not decided clearly enough — say which and what I still need to decide. Then: the ONE SENTENCE at the top that I would read first if I only read one line. RULES - One page. Refuse to exceed it. - The goal must be an input I control. - Name what is still undecided. RULES THAT ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE - Every claim in the title and thumbnail must be delivered in the video. Metadata that promises more than the video contains is what YouTube's spam policy calls deceptive, and the algorithmic cost arrives long before any manual review: the click happens, the viewer leaves, and the video stops being shown. - No fabricated numbers, statistics, dates, studies or quotes. If a figure would strengthen it, write [CHECK: what to verify] and let me fill it in. - Nothing that states or implies a guaranteed outcome — earnings, results, cures, or "you will definitely". - No medical, legal or financial instruction presented as advice. Information, framed as information. - Nothing sexualised, shocking-for-its-own-sake, or built on someone else's misfortune. - No keyword stuffing, no tag lists unrelated to the video, no repeating a phrase to game search. GIVE ME THE ONE SENTENCE — at the top. Eight sections, each within its space. STILL UNDECIDED — what does not fit. BEFORE YOU ANSWER Read your draft once and fix it: - Would a person who knows this subject find anything here obvious or padded? Cut it. - Is every specific claim something the video can actually deliver? - Did any banned phrase survive? Replace it. - Are the sentences varied in length, or do they all run the same? Fix the rhythm. Then give me the final version only. No preamble, no explanation of what you did.
